Refund Policy
The 25-Minute Guarantee
“First win in 25 minutes or your first month is free.”
If X.R.A.Y. does not deliver your first verified business win within 25 minutes of account activation, your first month of service is provided at no charge. No questions asked. No documentation required beyond your authenticated session log. This guarantee applies to all subscription tiers (Scout, Operator, Commander, General) and activates automatically upon onboarding completion.
To claim this guarantee, contact us at info@25xray.ai within 7 days of your activation date. A credit equal to your first month's subscription fee will be applied to your account within 3 business days of a valid claim.
Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting info@25xray.ai. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Partial-month refunds are not issued for monthly subscriptions; you retain full access through the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of the initial purchase date are eligible for a full refund of the annual fee, less any XC credits consumed during the period. Cancellations after 30 days are not eligible for a prorated refund; access continues through the end of the annual term.
XC Credit Bundles
Purchased XC credit bundles (Starter 500 XC, Growth 2,500 XC, Scale 10,000 XC, Enterprise 50,000 XC) are non-refundable once any credits from the bundle have been consumed. Unused bundle credits from a purchase where zero credits have been consumed are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Founding 50 & Founder Circle
Founding 50
Founding 50 grandfather rates are locked for 36 months from June 19, 2026. Voluntary cancellation of a Founding 50 subscription forfeits the grandfather rate permanently. The 25-Minute Guarantee applies to all Founding 50 members.
Founder Circle ($25,000 Annual)
Founder Circle prepayments are non-refundable upon voluntary termination. If the X.R.A.Y. platform is not live and operational by July 4, 2026, Founder Circle members are entitled to a full refund of their prepayment, no questions asked. Refund requests under this clause must be submitted by July 11, 2026.
ONWARD Program Tokens
ONWARD tokens (25% off for 24 months) are issued to eligible veteran-owned businesses referred through 25 Bravo Inc. ONWARD tokens have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Subscriptions activated with an ONWARD token are subject to the standard refund terms above.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:
- Email info@25xray.ai with subject line: Refund Request — [Your Account Email]
- Include your account email address and subscription tier
- State the reason for your refund request
- For 25-Minute Guarantee claims: include your account activation date
Refund requests are processed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Processing time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
